silencers

[r100/7]

hi all
i would like to fit my 75 r100/7 with silencers that make a nice roar but becouse of the rear brake lever they dont fit as the bmw ones have a bend for the lever and i would like to now if i could run the bike with a hollow silencer fitted like a bit of tub off the down pip
would the bike run fine plus is the law still the same about the noise limit of old per 80 bike or has it been change thanks

You can fit Norton commando silencers they sound fantastic. You need an straight adapter to allow the smaller commando pipe to fit onto the BMW downpipes and a simple bracket to match the commando silencer mounting brackets to the BMW exhaust mounts.

This was my 100/7 a couple of years ago with the commando silencers fitted
