I know this is not necessarily a LC question but it may produce an answer.
I acquired a new Oxford Disc Lock Screamer some while ago but never used it. it did work, however, as designed. I came to use it recently and it had lost its voice. Thinking the 6 little cells had some how lost their charge, I changed them. Still nothing. Any ideas? And yes they are in the correct way!
