Simulated route :-)

Just arsing about with a new 550 here on the sofa and I put in a route to Brighton. After a while it says:

"Are you inside?"

Why, yes. I am

"Turning off GPS for indoor use"

then:

"Would you like to simulate this route?"

Erm, yeah OK then.

So it shows the little bike with simulated speeds going down to the coast.
I'm a geek so I love this bit of kit already! The VOX on the Autocom works amazingly too. Garmin 550 + Autocom Pro Duo kicks bottom and e ven I managed to fit it in 2 hours. .onyack
