Single Pannier Bag for GSA Pannier

Can anyone recommend an alternative for a bag suitably sized to fit and make the most of the non-exhaust side GS Adventure Alloy Panniers?

I don't really want to get a full set as don't really need bags for the others..

not cheap but they are very good.
30...35....or 40 litres depending on which zips you have closed or open,
so can be used in either pannier.

Any goretex / waterproof bag of thin material will do.

CuzGS recommends a cold bag from one of the supermarket chains. A search on his posts will turn it up.
