Sleeve pocket

On the Rallye 3 jacket there is a useful (almost - its on the wrong sleeve for UK ) pocket which I used to store my work pass to get into the carpark.

I know wear a Rukka ArmaS which although is great i am really missing the convenience of said "sleeve pocket", does anyone know where I could get one made and installed on my Rukka ?

As for it being on the wrong sleeve, surely that depends on if you are left or right handed. I have a jacket with a pocket on the right sleeve and being r handed it is really hard to use. The rallye 3 which is on the left is dead easy. But just my observation!
