slip on remus can

Of for blip down to Canterbury. I want to put a remus can on my gsa as the original one marvelous though it is out weighs me by two pounds!!!
Thing is im not sure if I need to take at to BMW and let them tinker with it afterwards, not the whole system just the end can. Any ideas?

Just fit the can and don't worry about it. You only seem to have to bother if you do the headers and filter as well. I did 20k on my last GS with just the Remus can with no I'll effect.

There's nothing the dealsership could do anyway as there's no alternate mapping for aftermarket cans (unlike KTM).
