got talking pannier bags, said his start at £15/bag and go up in price dependant on materials/other requirements.
I know he has been mentioned on this site before - with positive remarks - but that was for seat remoulding (£25) and gel inserts (£60)
I am not related to him nor do I work for him, seems a decent guy on the phone and competatively priced
