Old threads never die.

Walked out of the house this morning, about 2ºC and sleety rain. By the time I got the 1150 out of the garage, helmet and gloves on it was turning to snow. Within a mile it was fairly heavy snow. Heavy enough to dazzle with high beam on. It was starting to settle and a tad slippery. Dropped a couple of hundred feet down to Barrhead and fortunately it turned to rain.

Lucky escape.
