So when are we going to have a group trek up Cadir Idris then.

Never walked up it before and would really like to give it a go even with my dodgy knees.

Sounds good idea, before or after Christmas?

I think that might be the reverse of the route I did years ago

Dave perhaps pick a weekend and a campsite and see what the weather is looking like a couple of days prior to the off.

If its looking good then commit to camping and if it looks good on the day commit to the trek.

If looks bad on the day to the extent of being dangerous go to the pub

I was thinking of a day trip, arrive at the car park for 7.00am have a brew and then set off, weather permitting. Come back and then brew and off home. Close enough for me to do that, but you never know Click here to view the Cadair Idris thread
