Hiya People,
Decided I wanted a DRZ 400 found a chap selling a couple of them but he wanted to sell them both complete with loads of spares including a spare engine, they come complete with racks pannier rails and panniers, seats modded with gel pads big tanks, rad gaurds, bash plates, etc etc well happy
Now which one shall I use first / :D

If not done already, replace the spacer behind the front sprocket with a stainless version. Make sure it comes with the required O'ring & that you have a new sprocket tab washer to hand.

PM'ed you about something else as well.

if they dont have case savers i'd first some ASAP as the inside edge of the gear lever is a sharp point ..it will open the magnesium case like an old style can opener even in a minor spill

the first thing to do, it takes 10 mins..is whip the gear lever off and file the point and sharp inside edge away to a radius


dont be put off that they are from the states, they arive within a week ...quicker than some items i have bought from the uk

Thanks for the info steve & co, all mods have been done including case savers even kick starts have been fitted they want for nothing.
Any thoughts on sprocket sizes for off roading ?

There's a set of well worn trailwings here if you want them most likely another set off the other bike next week but they are well worn up to you or the bin man gets em
