Polloch, Strontian and The Commando monument.
The track was wet and slippery, that misty rain and lots of Autumn leaves kept things interesting.

The Commando memorial is always poignant, but when it's wet / cold / snowy or all three it's such a moving place.

Looks like a great run G.C. ... love this one, exactly where is it?

I took some time and visited the memorial area this afternoon, next to the monument, lots of fairly new tributes to Commandos killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. It certainly has an “aura” about it, bit like a church IYKWIM.
Been raining properly since about 5 this afternoon. Glad I got out when I did.
