I get this error message on firing up my e-mail......

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

.....so what do I do next ?

I am sooo sorry I moan at the IT dept at work now and they are not here to wave their magic wand. :blast Is anyone out there able to help please ?

There still seems to be a problem with Sky's email service. We have no further information, apart from the fact that Sky are aware of this. Please have a read of this thread for any further news / details etc as well as a temporary fix to try.
 
Suppose I should of checked the Sky web site - if only I wasn't such a numty and thought of it that is of course :blast
