Has anyone tuned the nads of a GS ?

Has anyone turbo'd one or put Nitrous Oxide injection into one ?

Any seriously weird pictures out there of extremely tricked out GS's ?

did hear about one owner who fitted a Y piece and a Remus pipe, he must have been a right rebel.

I was looking forward to seeing some seriously tricked up GSs. Someone must know where to find them. I’ve heard rumours of a Belgian GS in the “street fighter” style. Any clues as to where I may find details.

There's a guy in Sweden who has turbo-charged his 1100. He does post here (but I can't remember under what name) - his name on the ADVRider site is Moose.....

Suppose it depends on what you mean by tricked up.......no Engine Mods except the usual Intake/Exhaust stuff..........

THE YANKS AGAIN

Seem to remember a guy taking a Brand New R1100S stripping it and grafting on GS front and rear suspension and tank but leaving the seat and pipes. Had some cool looking pics. but he was complaining that he would have to Raise the rear ride height as the tyre kept bashing the silencers when used in Desert Racing. I'll try to find it again

Wow Simon!

So thats what your "fryin' pan" coloured GS looks like when you take it's baglux bra off!!!!!!!!!! - wish I'd have realised when I was following you on Saturday, might not have got sooo bored at the speed we were ridin'

Hi Elgen!

(How do you put " on top of A ?)

So; do you put turbo on Scarvers too?
And a sidecar?
;) RRRROOOOAAAAARRRRRRRRRRR!

:)Liv.

Hi Liv,

to get the Ä letter you just do the following.

Press "Alt" button and while holding it down type in 0196 on your lefthand keypad(the top numbers won't work) this should give you the desired "a" you need.
Alternatively you can do:
Click on "Start" -> programs -> Accesories -> system tools -> Character Map

Click on the letter you need and then copy and paste wherever you need to use it. On the Character Map screen once clicked onto a specific letter you will see in the bottom right hand corner the keystroke i.e. Alt + 0241 will produce - ñ. You can use this alternatively instead of copying and pasting.

Have fun with your new lessons....

No, It's very complicated to put turbos on bikes with only one cylinder. The company where I bought all my parts had converted a Honda XR650R with no success.

More to the point HOW/WHERE do you get a turbo? How much??

You can find more info in this thread

Captain Beaky was intrested to convert his bike a few months ago, but I don't know if he will go through with it.
