Yesterday my instrunent and tacho died with an error

Soft 3.3. Dat 10.2


The bike runs fine, just no speedo , tacho etc. done a search, nothing conclusive.

Has this happened to anyone else. I've ordered a new battery just in case its that, bike starts fine, however i put it on charge last night and it was showing as critical on the charge.

Looks like it, tho bizarre that the bike starts fine, less than two years for a battery isnt great. Lets see what the new battery fixes.

Fitted a new battery.

Initially the odo then showed a milage over 42,000 miles.

I have gone through all the settings, set the clock etc, reset trip. and....the odo has alsomanaged to reset itself to zero, seems like it reset itself to factory settings which is rather bizarre, so it now all works, just the milage is incorrect !
