Well i'm slowly being coerced into the possibility of perhaps acquiring a Softtail slim love the bike i like the stripped down look, the fat spoked wheels etc etc BUT a big issue is the passenger accommodation, what would be the once every few weeks option to convert this into a two seater, looking for a bar hopper rather than an intercontinental tourer!

Hi Shep,

I think you can get a similar set up to my Street Bob for the passenger. Also doubles up as a handy rear rack over the rear fender. Passenger seat simply clips on to it...:thumb2

Here's a pic of the rear fender with the rack only..

And one with the seat attached..

Softtail slim is a great looking bike and one that would seriously tempt me away from the Street Bob

Best bike in the Harley range IMO....:thumb

There you go, Just undo the thumb screw on the standard seat move the captive nut thing back to the other hole further back or like me get another captive nut thing and use that instead put the double seat on and put the thumb screw back in :thumb
