Sold my 660 to a mate

Despite doing a search, and having a look on the Garmin website I'm at a loss as to whether I, or my pal to whom I have sold my 660 need to do anything.

I presume he will want to use mapsource,does this mean he will have to register the unit in his name ?

I think you have to de-register it... Then he can register it... I'm sure someone else on here will confirm this tho ?

Paul is right. If you open your Garmin desktop you can de register it from there.
