OK, this is my first post in this section. I find the ride reports from you guys fascinating, in that it lets me see the UK from a non-tourist point of view. Hope these aren't to boring, hope someoen finds them interesting. I'm about an hour north of New York City in what is still considered, "the country" though its being quickly developed. As the entire holiday weekend, our Memorial Day for fallen veterans, has been very British in its weather, these might make ya'll feel right at home. Didn't go very far today, just a little ride to breakfast and them some very local haunts for kicks. This pics in a State Park at a place where lots of bikes hangout, as the view of NYC is pretty good, only 40 miles away at this point.
Back to today. I guess we consider this an older house, probably pre 1900, not sure how you guys would consider it. Its more of an office building now, got a real estate agent in it and a few other commercial things, including a welcome center for thge town. The yellow ribbons are for the troops in Iraq.
this was at the state park, which is usaully packed with bikes. not to many today but what was there was pretty respectable. An ST1100, ST1300, this K12GT, the first one I've seen, a pair of Honda Super Hawks, and a Royal Enfield side hack rig from India.
Nachtflug? Hes that wack job from Advrider isn't he? That boy has some serious behavor problems, but he does do some stuff that aint all bad, when hes sober. Or kind of sober.
