That R1200R bobber thing is uber nice but they should've ditched the original dash for something much smaller and 'cleaner' & swapped the master cylinders at the same time for smaller & neater.
Get rid of the exhaust wrap & ditch the cat'.Lose the plastic headguards on the master cylinders too as they don't quite sit right with the lean look if the bike.
Maybe paint the rear paralever graphite or carbon black
