Sommeiller and Jafferau

I'm planning on spending a few days in early August in the Alps and tackling the Sommeiller and other nearby tracks on my 1200 GS LC.

Is there anything I need to know regarding closures that might thwart my plans? I'll be in the area from Saturday morning (8th August)until Monday (10th August) evening, when I'll head home.

I think that Sommeiller is only open on special events such as the Stella Alpina which is on the second weekend in July.
This is on the way back down at 2800 mtr.
 
They have both been open on the several occasions I have done them. Make sure you do the Assietta as well, lovely long track along the top between Sestriere and Suza.
