Sony Picture Package CD needed, help please

I can't get my Sony Camcorder to synch anymore with my PC coz I upgraded to Vista
I can get a download from Sony called Picture Motion Browser which will fix it but first I need to load the original Sony software called Picture Package and I've lost the disc.
I paid $30 and tried downloading it but it didn't work.
Has anyone got an original CD for their Sony Camcorder I can buy/borrow please?
I also need the 16 digit code that comes with it.
If loaned I'll send it back by return and pay for postage obviously, if not I'm happy to buy.
Help please, getting desperate, I'm running out of tapes.
