Sony Vegas Installation

I am trying to install Sony Vegas 6.0 and during the installation process it asks me to install the MS 1.1.net framework. I have the 2.0 framework installed already so will I have any problems if I install V1.1 as well?

Its Sony's install process, I tried Vegas 6.0 but found I liked Premiere v2.0 better, its much better than v1.5 pretty much drag and drop so I reverted to Adobe.
