Sopping List - Tools

Hello All,

Been on the hunt for local indi-BMW guru, but no joy to be had.
So, I need to buy a few new toys , er tools.


My 1150's the 1st bike that has star fasteners (torx?)
Does anyone have a list of T sizes needed to perform
service tasks?

Also, I haven't had cause to remove the sump guard yet, is the engine oil
drain plug (int) hexagonal or another torx?

A nice cheap option is a set of these

T15, T20, T25, T30, T40, T45 und T50

you can get them here...

They seem to have the most reasonably priced tools in this neck of the woods
There's also a shop in Aachen which happens to be on the Effiel's door step So it's a good excuse to go for a ride If you're up for a shoot down there when this fecking weather heads south; give us a yell
