We have one of those Firestick Tv devices that pick up the wifi and stream ---except that mine will/ won't /will won't !!.

It keeps dropping the signal maybe because of the location of the router compared to the stick.

is there such a device available will boost the wifi signal to the stick?

What is a wi-fi 'bridge'? do i need a wifi extender?. will one of those power line adapters help?

Thanks in advance

lots of questions, from what you describe it seems like poor wifi signal, if you have a spare socket close to your router and one by your tv, a wireless powerline adapter woul be the easiest way around the problem, router would be cabled to the one nearest the router, and the wifi one plugged in closest to the tv. hope this helps.

Had the same problem so changed my routers settings permanently to 5ghz from 2.4ghz. I found I had too many items on one wave band and the router could not cope. You would be surprised what works on 2.4ghz around the home cordless phones, television remotes ect ect.

Did you ever get this sorted? If so, how?

If not, have a look at devolo Wi-Fi extenders.
