I know it's a long shot but does anyone in the Fort William area happen to have an SV 650 front brake lever kicking about which they'd be happy to part with?

A friend dropped her bike today while turning in the road and snapped the lever off.

I tried to tell her front brakes on a v twin are highly overrated but being only recently through her test she'd rather not chance the ride home to Dundee tomorrow without it.

Probably late to this but I`m just outside Fort William.
If I can be of any help im on 074563228 double two.

Gordon

Bike was left and rider went pillion home with yours truly, they are returning tomorrow with a lever to ride bike home

At least its nice weather for a wee run. :thumb2

Ever wondered why modern motorcycle tend to have two large disc brakes at the front, and one small one at the back ?

To slow you quickly when having to scrub off speed because you haven't planned ahead far enough or some twats pulled out in front of you at the last minute.
