Speakers in helmet

I thinking of fitting the tori xpro speakers in my schuberth R1 do the speakers go on top of the liner where the recesses are or behind which looks like it could be a major job looked on utube and seems like they're just stuck in can anyone shed some light
please ?!!

Behind the liner, I used double side pads (number plate fixing) and very secure without adding too much depth.

I replaced using Koss Pro Porta speakers.

Very, very good.
