Just purchased a Spidi Netwin Jacket after being given the heads up in "spotted a deal".

Very nice looking Jacket that is actually two separate jackets,the inner jacket being thermal and waterproof which could also be used as a smart casual jacket whilst on your hols.
The outer jacket is cordura type material which is fully armoured has good venting and is fairly light, i hope it will make a great summer touring jacket.
I went out yesterday up to Whitby a round trip of around 120mls the average temp was around +2, I was nice and warm,well comfortable.
I've been out for about 5hrs today of which 4hrs were in fairly persistent rain
and was snuff dry on my return.
All in all looks like £164.99 well spent.
