Splash Screen

Does anybody have a copy or know how to create a ukGSer splash screen to replace the standard Ducati one when you start up your TT Rider?
I don't even know what file format it is in so dont know where to start.

Got the follwoing errors when trying to convert. Any suggestions? Worth trying another converter if anybody knows of one? My file size was 16KB.

Used this one in the end as guessed the errors above are programming code which we cannot fix.

For those that want to do it what I did was :

right mouse click over a ukGSER.com logo and 'saved picture as' to desktop.
rotate image to landscape
make a copy of the original splash screen from your TT
use the coverter along with the GS file that you saved
