Split rukka trs

JUst discovered that my rukka all road trs have split in the gusset just below the zip

im i still right in the thinking that they come with a 10 year or liftime guarentee? or is it just a year with proof of purchase?

ive moved house twice since i bought them and about to move again in a week so ill be very lucky to find the fecking reciept!

anyone know how i should go about getting them repaired? or where is the best place to go? (apart from rukka if i cant find the reciept

never fear chaps, just woken the mrs up and asked her about the receipt and she had it filed away somwhere! women, arnt they awesome! ill be onto infinity in the morning to try and sort it all out!

lifetime is not necessarily lifetime anyway,
it can be just the "expected" lifetime of the product

Just got back from infinity and theyve taken the trs and theyre gonna send them off to rukka to be fixed, after their summer break? apparently europe sort if stops for august....

anyway, infinity are gonna send them off and give me a loan pair untill mine come back, so all sorted and didnt even look at the receipt!

This is how the Rukka warranty works and thats why my current jacket is a rukka and so will my next.

Currently saving the pennies for some trousers too.
