i'd say not, although touratech do a set that should fit the original BMW handguards...

If you look at the instruction sheet for these you can see there a slightly different shape & the holes aren't in the same place...

You can cut a pair from an old black plastic 5 gall oil container. Costs nowt but doesn't have the TT stickers.
