spoked wheels advice

thinking about selling my set of spoked wheels , they will have the discs left on and abs ring, tyres are not very good, how much should i be asking?they are in very good condition.

Hi Peter
You've posted this in the 1200GS forum but I see you have an 1100GS so if they are 1100 wheels I'd reckon you should be thinking about £ 300 or thereabouts if the wheels are in reasonably good condition. It may depend on how shiney they are and how good the brake disks still are. The tyres don't make much difference to the final price. I don't have a clue if they are 1200 wheels .... ;)

I'd expect about £600-£650, more with good tyres.

Don't forget to provide the buyer with the rear wheel bolts as they are longer than the ones for alloys. Failing to do so could result in a fatal accident if the wheel comes off through using the wrong (shorter) bolts.

Are you serious about selling the spokes ??
