spoked wobble

hi folks, i have just fitted a spoked wheel from an gsa onto my 05 gs,[rear stuck in post strike] i had it done by my dealer when 24000 service was being done, they also fitted new dics [warranty] and pads,now then the problem is that when doing 60mph & above there is a strange kind of wobble through just the left side of the handlebars!!
ive spoken to the dealer and theyre stumped,but are happy to take a look,
any ideas?

The only time anything like that has happened to me was when I had a front wheel out of balance on my R1. Did the dealer fit the tyre to the wheel, because if they didn't could they have just fitted it straight on and not checked to see if it was actually balanced?
