I have a Schuberth SRC (simular to Scala Rider), with a Zumo 660 and a MP3 player that has bluetooth. I want to stick to using my bluetooth MP3 player (instead of the zumo mp3), and use the zumo just for sat nav. I wont be using phone or intercom links.

I have paired the zumo to SRC as instructions. I then pair the Mp3 player as instructions. If I have just the MP3 player switched on, I get music no problem. However, when I then switch on the zumo, it cuts on the mp3 bluetooth channel and never goes back to it. So I get sat nav only, no mp3.

The manual implies I should be able to have this combination. So any one got any suggestions where I'm going wrong?

MP3 I believe is lowest priority, ie you can have only 1 btooth connection at a time, priority is
a. GPS
b. Intercom
c. built in FM radio
d. MP3

can you connect SRC to MP3 via cable ??. I think the simplest solution is to store your MP3 tracks on a memory card in the zumo, that way you will only be interupted by GPS to receive navigation instructions. Make sure you store the music in a file called MP3 on the card.

You can Bluetooth both, but you need to set up two channels, switch on your sat nav and then, pair the mp3. It will work but it will kick you out sometimes which get annoying. If you do it the other way the sat nav takes over the primary channel.

I am going back to hard wire or sd card once I worked out how to convert iTunes to mp3.
