I've used harpic on pipes many times just make sure it's washed off after

Wow!!! Nice job! How long did that take you? Did you remove the pipes to do it or in situ? Rubbed with? Tell me more! My pipes are horrendous after 63000 miles!

Took the pipes off the bike, put the Harpic on with a brush, left it 10 minutes, then used a scouring pad and washed them off. Quick and easy
