Starcom on 1150GSA

Hi all,

Thinking of buying a Starcom 1 and was wondering were the best put the unit and locate the outlet plate. Where did you put yours and how did you wire it

Mine is located on the top of the air box in the small between the battery and the seat. I've got the starcom 1 and a separate control relay all together in a home made plastic box. Had it fitted since new (9 years) never let in water and no failures.

I made the addition of hinging the plastic box so that it can be hinged up out of the way when the air filter needs replacing or to gain access to diagnostic connected.
