Starcom?

I placed a order with starcom a week ago by phone and still to date they have not charged my debit card. I phoned them wednesday to be asked did I want it in hurry :eek: :spitfire I told them I wanted the stuff for this weekend. Hence why I placed the order last week after you had told me everything was in stock.
They told me they would dispatch that afternoon as a priority dispatch. Still they have not charged my debit card and still no product. :spitfire :spitfire :spitfire :dabone :dabone :dabone

Anybody else had this sort of service from them? :mmmm
 
Cut to the chase and get yourself an Autocom system! First class service and by far the best intercom system on the market...!! :thumb

The order finaly turned up on friday afternoon. This only because I sent starcom a email that morning telling them how disapointed I was with them. They couldnt be more sorry and sent someone out with the goods that day.
Spent the day fitting the kit to my GS12 and my other halfs GS650, nice and easy to install and works great. Apart from having problems conecting my phone the blue tooth adapter, in witch starcom have told me that its a phone problem. So just got to work out why it dosnt want to work!
 
I ordered my kit on the Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday pm ... so no problems there, sounds like a cock-up ...

I've just ordered a replacement cable (SWMBO damaged the DIN plug on one!) and a Bluetooth module to hook up to the Starcom1 system, so we'll see how they fair this time.

Excellent product, delighted with the performance so far ...
