Bike friendly cafe (with licience to sell fall over fluid ) just opened on the b4598 between raglan and abergavenny . It used to be the known as the Charter House pub , i known its only 4 miles from the aber bus station cafe but the lad running it seems keen and plans to open a bike showroom at the rear . there's plenty of old black n white photos on the walls of past heros and a constant stream of bike sport on a big screen , they have a facebook page if thats your thing . . . and yes it really is called the Steel Horse Cafe . 
All they had were shop bought muffins.
