Hi,
I was looking at buying a set of Ohlins from TT BE (not UK TT service standards, oh no
). 99% of the time I ride with luggage (top and side cases) and I do some offroading from time to time. I just started taking my wife as a pillion and we have planned a Schotland tour, two up with full luggage.
What is your advice: take the stiffer (160mm) spring or the normal one. My weight is 87 kg. When riding alone, can I compensate the stiffer spring with a lower (minimum) preload setting. I ride with preload setting between middle and max for the stock suspension (solo) and on max whit a pillion (and luggage) and offroad. When riding with a pillion, I feel like the suspension is a little too soft... Bike is a 1150GSAdventure.
Tnx for the advice
