I think that with that rear overhang, you may need marker boards!

More seriously, this image begs a question......

The blurb says that this permits the Zegas to be opened.

Fine but as soon as you put anything on the rack, you cannot open them unless it's the same shape and dimensions as the rack.

I found the answer to be to get the rack above the pannier lids. Then anything that overhangs the panniers doesn't stop the pannier lids being removed.
