Stock to Ohlins height change (1150GS)

Hi all,

can anyone who's upgraded from stock to ohlins suspension on an 1150GS tell me if there is any noticeable difference in "sat-on-bike" height after the upgrade. I'm not necessarily talking about the measurements on paper but more what it feels like trying to get feet flat on floor. I'm just about at my comfort limit with the stock suspension (on 46K miles worth of sag) and hoping not to effectively jack up the seating height any more.

I thought Touratech did a low option for the Ohlins for the 1150, not anymore, but looking at the options on the Ohlins site they do one rear that's 12mm shorter:

At a guess i'd say almost an inch. On my bike anyway.

It will sag less so appear higher, though you will get used to it
