Hi guys,

My KTM 625 SMC was stolen overnight from my back garden in Greenford, West London. It's a 2006, twin pipe model, quite unusual with very distinctive graphics on it. After previous experiences, I don't hold out much hope of getting it back, but I guess someone might see it.

Jeez - another one..... I know exactly what it feels like, so you have sympathy

How did they get it away? I'm assuming you had it locked etc....

There's been so many SM's stolen recently - there's definately a organised gang going around.....

I'f I were you I'd be ordering a couple of big ground anchors and a couple of 16 or 19mm chains..... (I'm assuming you've a large patch of concrete)

I know some don't like them, but I've had great advice and service from Almax. The only problem is getting Maxine to stop talking!!! But it seems that most 16 or 19mm chains are ok - they'll have to make quite a bit of noise to break them!!

It's just disgusting that you need to go to those levels to secure you're property these days :(

Absolutley Ragnar. Most likely stolen by wee bastards who have nothing, won't work, but covet and steal what folks like you and all of us work damned hard to enjoy. :spitfire

I hope that your bike turns up mate. :o

Edit is time limited for mortals, send a PM to Whatton or another Super-Mod and they'll edit it for you.

I'm on it. OK. Thanks. PM already sent to a moderator.

How about not quoting me or adding other friendly help to thieves whilst I'm getting the thread edited, cheers ;)
