So being new to the gs I was very suprised at the lack of underseat storage .
Hell on my ickle vfr I used to carry spare glasses cargo net torch knife come plyers thingy leggings.
So where the hell do you put your bits & bobs ie disc lock etc does anybody make a little bag that hooks on somewhere as I hate not carrying spare glasses .Dont really want them in my jacket as some days wear a different one.

Try one of these:

Givi Voyager bag - magnetic with a safety strap that goes around the headstock but mine never showed any sign of moving even flat out on the autobahn so the strap is pretty redundant.

Big enough for GPS (when I leave the bike), glasses, camera, wallet, visor spray etc etc - all the crap that you'd put under the seat but with the bonus that you can take it with you when you park

Highly recommended - I've been using mine for a year and of course it's transferrable from bike to bike. Cost somewhere between £25 and £30.
