Streetguard 3 Connecting Zip

Have Streetguard 3 trousers and looking to make an adapter zip to connect to my jacket.

I can find the part number for the short zip (72 60 7 653 964) but can't find the the long one that goes around the whole waist.

Dealers don't know. Anyone know if this matching zip can be bought?

Of if anyone has a spare one for sale?

I thought the more expensive BMW trousers such as the Streetguard 3 came with a connecting zip for use with non-BMW jackets. Has that stopped now?

The part number that you gave for the "double-sided" adapter zip allows you to zip old jackets/trousers with 30cm zips - and by old I mean before 2002 - to post 2002 clothing with 40cm zips.

You may have to read the code off your trouser zip and call YKK or one of the specialist Goretex clothing repairers mentioned on this forum.

Incidentally HG may well have used the same zip as BMW. I can zip a Streetguard 2 jacket almost perfectly to a set of HG Master V trousers.

Dunno bout the 3 but my Streetguard 2 zips to my HG leather trousers just fine, shame you cant go to HG any more....
