Hi,

I have an SPIII. It's running with a European base map and I have City Navigator 8 on my PC. I've just got a CD containing a Worldwide base map (no instructions).

My question is, how do I get this to be the base map on my SPIII?

Also, if I load this onto my PC is it going to screw up my City Navigator 8 upload?

Load the WorldMap onto your PC, it'll be a drop down option then when you open Mapsource.

The just like CN if you want WorldMap just select the map tiles you want loading, along with the CN ones and then download them all at once. Note the all at once, you can't upload CN and then "add" the WorldMap later.

BTW the EU base map is supposedly better than WorldMap when you have a EU SP3 etc. So if you'e got CN to cover where you're going and the SP3 has a base map, you'll only loose data card capacity and gain nothing IMHO, by YMMV.
