Ive found France FOC but not UK anyone help with a file that works with the Streetpilot III??

It does indeed, we have partnered with Walter Wright who produced the excellent Garmin Transparent Map Overlay using our data, and this is now available through our subscription service.

How does this display the Camera's on the screen, IE do they show up clearly??

The cameras show up as a green or red blob on the unit's screen, depending on whether it's depicting a mobile or fixed camera. Sizing is similar to say, a fuel stop, or hotel marker.

Do they show up clearly? Well that's entirely subjective.... But, I'd say it saved me several quid on a trip around Northants/Bucks over the British F1 GP weekend More than paying for itself.

I've found that on my SPIII they only show up on the map when I have zoomed in to 0.8 mile scale.
