Strines To Glossop and Home . Alfresco lunch on the end of Dirtlow Rake.

Friday the 18th March 2011 fitted an EX02 heat controller this morning . Ironic that I am now freezing as I have no garage anyway needs must. Quick pack up and flask and out to do a few local roads. Head out towards A57 Snake Pass from Sheffield and pickup the Strines road, at first corner on exit road has sunken , bike moving a lot , a bit fast on entry, think calm thoughts big fella ride it out. Heart slowing now moving on . Lovely and quiet at about 11.30am

Dropping down from Strines Public House Horror of Horrors Look at it,:( looks as though there’s been a massive explosion. I knew the Forestry Workers have been there for a while but JHFUUkingC. Lip trembling a little . They will replant . Car park closed to public. Not surprised, Forestry management worried that a Wailing Wall may be built , candle holders and all.
