Guys,
I have stripped down and powdercoated a single spark. Put everything back together like 5 times ( can confidently disassemble and assemble in less than an hour now).
Doing the valve checking I found that the right hand exhaust valve is sticking when fully pressed in by the cam. When the piston nudges the valve is seats back in with a snap...
Any ideas what is causing this and how to remedy? Dont particularly want to remove the head block again to take the valve out
