Harsh........but fair.

Maybe fair in Aberdeen, not in the middle of the country. I'd take peace and quiet and the summers we get well before a deep south one.

And now we finally seem to have winter. Winter isn't wind and rain, it's reliable temperatures below zero, plenty of snow and ice - and clear roads to get to the playgrounds. Versus a southern winter? No choice.
