Thanks for the company yesterday gents good ride on nice roads.

Set of from the petrol station @ Whitehaven with every intention of quick blat home A595 then A69. Got about 15 miles down the road and realised I was heading for Barrow not Workington so pulled over rang the Missus told her I was going to be late and did the whole loop of A595,A593,A591 back to Keswick then over Hartside and home got back about 6.30 only 2 and half hours late soaked to the skin !!

Thats me back in the dog house eating pedigree chum

Thanks for the run out gents, was nice to finely put some names to faces. Shame about the weather but still enjoyed it. Looking forward to doing another meet and greet, dependent on weather,time and people. Sorry to about the off hope there is not to much damage to you or the bike Pete.

Phils short cut from Penrith to Darlington was intresting in the wet

Ahh well, it wasn't really a "Short" cut - more a long cut.
It's a much nicer alternative to the horrible A66 - that's all.
Try it in the dry - much better.
