Just got back from me sisters! Full of roast dinner and apple crumble (burp!) and a bottle of vin blanc well earned if you ask me

Really enjoyed blasting around the B roads, hardly any ice until Paul took over the lead

Nice piccies boy's wish I could ave gone with ewe, but I would ave got lost and rugby was calling down in sunny Carmarthen ...

Where was the boy playing Al? My 14 yr old was at Burry Port and it was a cracking day for rugby but a bit nippy.

Well, I can't lie to you, I came in thawed out in the bath and haven't been able to get warm all bloody day.

Oh and I'm so badly out of shape I feel like a horse has kicked me and we only did about a 100 miles.

Never mind Spring is coming and so is the "Spring Snowrun"
