Surprise New GSA requirement....

Didn't think I was changing my '14 GSA until next year but looks like circumstances have rather forced that.....

Anyone got recent knowledge of 'deals' around at the moment ? Looking at GSA TE with Gearshift Pro - £16,170 full up retail from BMW configurator:
Finance deals ?
Nav V included ?
Pannier deals ?

When the dealers are 'awake' I'll call round - just wondering if people had experience of 'non advertised' enticements that the sales staff are offering currently ?

I just got my new GSA a few weeks ago. There are deals around I got free Panniers, 5.9% on PCP deal, 10% discount on NAV 5, and a decent p/ex on my Explorer.

Cotswold Motored did the deal.

If you are prepared to travel, I would recommend Lloyds in Carlisle there offer was even better!!
 
Try Simon Sayer at Allan Jeffries. Done me great deals on my last two bike.

Bought my GS from him. Approved used of cause but negotiated a 5.9% APR from 10.9%APR on finance deal. Wish there was a used GSA there at the time though...... But I am happy with just the GS for time being.

Slightly unusual circumstances with my changeover....so not a typical deal in the end. However, I contacted 3 local dealers and the best discount was 11%, best finance 5.9% and parts/accessories 10%. The deal I got was slightly better than this in the end....but for different reasons that, believe me, you don't want - so the dealership were more 'receptive'.

The other discounts were 6% and 8% for bike.

It was end of quarter last Thursday, so the dealers were trying to hit target as well. With the next quarter being new registration - not sure whether that's easier or harder to hit but always trying towards the end of the quarter.
It's worth remembering that they dont get much off the metal and the only BMW(UK) support at the moment is from FS for the Finance (5.9%).

I also used the 0% finance on accessories - that's a cracking deal and push for the discount on parts as well if you can. There's more movement on parts/accessories than bikes.
 
I would suggest you speak to Alan Dalziel at Douglas Park Glasgow, he never fails to get too a good deal, my 16 GSA included free panniers and frames and was under 16k otr. He has also been known to pay for your easy jet ticket to Glasgow !
I have no connection other than having had more than a few bikes off Alan , 100% satisfied.

If you're in the North West - Bowker in Preston are keen to deal - too far for me.
 
If you haven't already done it then I would look at a bank loan. I bought a new GSA last month with a bank loan from HSBC for 3.3% no hassles and money in the account within minutes.
Plus when I went to BMW Norwich they originally told me the price of a GSA with gear shift assist and keyless so I rang another dealer in Manchester who immediately offered me the same bike over the phone for a thousand pounds off..I went back to Norwich and bought off them for the same deal. I ended up getting £1400 off the bike I got.
There are deals out there but sometimes you have to play hard ball.
 
Final deal was 10.5% off bike (£1,626), 25% of parts (exhaust, screen, winglets etc) and first service included. Finance at 5.9%. Comms gear transferred to new bike as well. Happy in the end.
Just need the payout from the written off bike now....

Would they offer the same discount on panniers as they did on parts? Please let me know which dealer is this. TIA
